Banker Steel Company is pleased to welcome a new addition to our family of companies – Derr & Isbell Construction LLC headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Derr has a strong reputation as an industry leader in the areas of structural steel and precast erection. Some of their most notable projects include AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA (Falcons), the new Raiders Stadium in Las Vegas, NV, in addition to other stadiums, convention centers, airports and commercial buildings.

The acquisition of Derr & Isbell (effective December 31, 2019) will position Banker Steel Company to capitalize on the growing U.S. construction market, while providing unsurpassed service. Brian Isbell will become President of Derr & Isbellreporting directly to Mark Koolis, CFO and President US Erectors. Bob Derr will continue to remain with the Company serving as Vice President.
